For the past eight years, I’ve been part of New Reflexions, beginning as Bank staff and for the last six years I have been Deputy Manager. I’m a passionate advocate for our guiding ethos: “If it’s not acceptable for our own children, it is not acceptable for any child.” This principle drives every decision I make, every strategy I implement, and every interaction I have.
New Reflexions supported me through my QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Child Care, a milestone that has strengthened my leadership, sharpened my problem-solving skills, and deepened my commitment to delivering exceptional care.
