Keeley Rogers

I have worked for New Reflexions for nearly 12 years, during which I have progressed through several key roles—from starting as a Residential Care Worker, then moving into Senior and Deputy Manager positions, and now serving as a Home Manager. This progression has allowed me to gain valuable experience and a deep understanding of the care environment at every level.

Throughout my time with the organisation, I have worked with a diverse range of young people, each with unique needs, backgrounds, and challenges. This has strengthened my skills in leadership, safeguarding, team development, and, most importantly, in delivering consistent, high-quality care tailored to each individual.

I remain passionate about upholding the core values of New Reflexions—ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young people and fostering an environment of growth, safety, and opportunity. I continue to enjoy the dynamic nature of the role and look forward to contributing to the ongoing success and development of both the organisation and the individuals within our care.
