I have worked for New Reflexions for a little over 23 years now. During that time, I have had the pleasure to see the organisation grow from relatively humble origins to the vibrant and progressive company it is today. This has been quite the journey in many ways. We have however never lost our core values of providing the best quality of care possible and aiming for the highest outcomes for our young people. During the 23 years of service to New Reflexions, I have worked in a myriad of our services from solo placements, medium and small group homes and occasionally response home.

I look forward too many more years with New Reflexions; I am still enjoying the challenge and the diversity of the role I have, seeing the company grow and evolve, and working with the incredible young people I have the privilege to care for.
