My journey with New Reflexions has been more than just a career, it’s been a privilege. Being part of a company that shares my values and truly puts young people first is something I’m proud of every single day. Within a year, I progressed to Acting Senior Care Worker, and later secured a permanent senior position. Three years later, I was proud to secure the opportunity for a deputy manager’s role and to help open a brand new children’s home.

What I love most about my role is that no two days are the same. It’s hands-on and often challenging however every day brings something new, and no matter how tough the day may be, there are always moments that make it all worthwhile.
