Joining New Reflexions in July of 2022 I was first blown away by the in-depth induction, giving me the very foundation to be the best I possibly could. I had already worked in both SEN school and Children’s Residential, New Reflexions provided a role that I could only have dreamt of, supporting Children and Young People with Learning Difficulties at both home and school.
I have since progressed to the position of Deputy Manager, the very home where I started my New Reflexions journey, home to five amazing Children who I have the privilege of being part of their lives. I am currently completing my level five and thanks to the dedication and support I have received, coupled with the support and guidance of New Reflexions I feel myself truly to be in my happy place.
