Since joining New Reflexions, I have felt a very warm welcome from everyone into the company and can feel a positive ethos that everyone comes together and has the best interests of the young people at heart. The induction course was a lengthy process but despite my years of experience I felt the in-depth training is exceptional in giving everyone the right tools to start and is a great example of the high standards we have.

It has felt like a breath of fresh air to work for a company that has the same values that resonate with me, which ultimately is to make a difference to the young people and being able to support them through dealing with difficult times but to flourish and develop their life skills for transition to adulthood.
