Hi I’m Emme, I work at New Reflexions. Before working here I worked in retail, I have worked for New Reflexions now for just under 3 years starting as a RCW and have now progressed to a SCRW. I absolutely love my job, being able to support the young people and watching the progress that the young people make throughout my time here at New Reflexions makes the job so rewarding, with continuous support from the care team and management has made me thrive in my role! Changing job roles was the best decision I could have made.
