I have over 12 years of experience in the care sector and have been part of New Reflexions since 2016. Starting as a Residential Care Worker, I progressed through the roles of Senior, Deputy and now Home Manager. I am dedicated to creating a nurturing, supportive and safe environment where vulnerable young people can thrive. With a strong belief in the power of consistent, compassionate care, I lead the team with empathy and professionalism, ensuring every young person receives the stability and opportunities they need to reach their full potential.
