My journey with New Reflexions began in 2012 when I joined as a Residential Children’s Care Worker with no prior experience or qualifications in the sector. Since then, I have progressed through a variety of care and managerial roles, and I now proudly serve as Service Director and Responsible Individual, with overarching responsibility for safeguarding across the organisation.
The supportive, structured environment at New Reflexions has played a key role in my development. Through consistent encouragement and guidance, I was empowered to grow professionally, take on new challenges, and deepen my understanding of the New Reflexions ethos, as well as how to provide outstanding levels of care to the children we support. This journey has allowed me to build a career within both New Reflexions and the wider sectors, something I am extremely proud of.
