Seema Begum

My name is Seema and I have been working for New Reflexions for just over 3 years now. I started as a RCW then progressed to Senior. Building a trusting relationship with the children and young people can take time, but once you’re there, the memories you make are endless and seeing them progress in normal every day tasks is rewarding.  I have been involved in supporting the children in school/college, helping them prepare for when they transition into semi or full independence, taking parts in indoor and outdoor activities and much more.  The company offers a wide range of opportunities to progress and supports you to gain qualifications to better your role.
