This job role was a totally new career path for me, so I was really nervous to start with but my manager and the staff at the home have supported me endlessly. I’ve since built a really strong relationship with the young people I work with, and I can see me being here long term. There are never 2 days that are the same, I’m learning new things every single day and expanding my knowledge which I love because it makes me a better carer.
