I have worked in the childcare sector now for 18 years, joining New Reflexions in 2012 as a care worker and progressing through a variety of roles to my current position as Service Manager.

Over the past 13 years, I’ve gained invaluable experience supporting children and young people, while developing a deep understanding of their individual needs. Each stage of my journey has further strengthened my commitment to creating safe, nurturing, and empowering environments where every young person can thrive. Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some truly fantastic colleagues who share the same passion and ethos for making a positive difference.
