New Reflexions Children’s Residential Service offers both short & long-term, therapeutic placements for young people who require additional support.

Residential Support Worker
We are currently looking to recruit Residential Care Workers to join our expanding workforce in Shropshire and Staffordshire, following the opening of our new homes.
Starting at £26,080 per annum, with no qualification or previous experience required. This will increase upon completion of QCF Level 3 qualification.
Full time positions will be operate a rolling 2 on 3 off rota and sleep ins are required
Part time roles will be considered.
Senior Residential Care Worker
Starting Salary: £28,000 depending on experience and Qualifications
Full time positions will be operate a rolling 2 on 3 off rota

Due to the location of our homes, it is desirable to hold a full manual driving licence and have access to transport. Relevant level 3 Diploma is required for this role.
Requirements for all positions
- Full UK manual driving Licence;
- Access to your own transport;
- Passionate about helping children;
- Able to complete sleep-in duties;
- The post holder has the responsibility to adhere to our Safeguarding and Child Protection Procedure.
