Our Homes

All of our homes centre on delivering care that reflects the 5 Outcomes within the Every Child Matters Framework.

Homes have a higher than average staffing ratio, and each specialised home dealing with specific behavioural problems (such as Alternative to Secure) has a dedicated staff team experienced in managing those problems.

Our homes are furnished and decorated to provide a comfortable, friendly environment, giving young people in our care all the home comforts they need to allow them to make a full recovery.

Due to the diverse nature of the young people we care for throughout the company, we have a portfolio of different types of homes allowing us to provide the very best and most appropriate environment.

The majority of our homes are in rural locations, enabling the care team and more challenging young people to fully focus on identified care plans without the potential distractions of more urban settings.

We recognise though that some young people need to be within an urban environment for schooling and contact reasons, and therefore have a number of urban-based homes to suit them.
