New Reflexions are a childcare organisation providing care, education and therapy services to young people who have experienced trauma in their lives resulting in emotional behavioural difficulties and requiring a high level of intervention. We are currently looking to recruit a Registered Manager to join the organisation.
You will be passionate about working within the care sector and committed to delivering high quality care services and positive outcomes. You must be able to demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills together with the flexible attitude necessary in this demanding environment.
We are looking for a conscientious individual with relevant care qualifications, skills and knowledge to provide effective leadership and management to a team of staff within a designated care home. Successful candidates will be dedicated professionals with a minimum of one year’s Senior RCW experience. You will hold the QCF Level 3 diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) as a minimum. It would be highly desirable for candidates to hold, or being nearing completion of, their Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
